Godalia ("Godalia", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Godalia iOS application (the "App"). We are a women's fashion brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and we are committed to handling your personal information with care, transparency, and respect.

What we do not collect: We do not collect or store payment card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details. All payment transactions are handled directly by Apple Pay and our authorised payment processor under their own security standards.

Your account data, order history, and preferences are stored using Apple CloudKit — Apple's enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by Apple's platform.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, including:

The Godalia App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Godalia is based in the United Arab Emirates. Your information may be processed and stored in data centres located in other countries, including within Apple's global infrastructure. Where data is transferred outside your home jurisdiction, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection is applied, consistent with applicable data protection laws.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
